These Terms of Service govern your use of Lynqr ("we", "us", or "our") at lynqrapp.com. By creating an account or using Lynqr, you agree to these terms.
Lynqr is a payment profile platform that allows sellers, freelancers, and small businesses to create a public page displaying their payment QR codes so payers can choose how to send money.
Lynqr does not process payments. We do not hold, transfer, or receive any funds on your behalf. All actual payments happen directly between the payer and your bank or e-wallet (GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, etc.).
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Lynqr account.
You are responsible for:
You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions is not allowed.
You agree to use Lynqr only for lawful purposes. You must not use Lynqr to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the QR codes and account details you upload to Lynqr.
By uploading a QR code or account number, you confirm that:
Lynqr is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts due to inaccurate information you have provided.
The verified badge indicates that Lynqr has reviewed your submitted ID and confirmed your identity matches your bank account name.

Providing false information during verification is grounds for permanent account termination.
Lynqr Premium is available at ₱49 per month (early bird pricing, subject to change for new subscribers).
Premium subscriptions are processed through PayMongo. By subscribing you authorize the charge to your chosen payment method.
Lynqr Premium operates on manual renewal. Your plan is active for 30 days from the date of payment. You will receive an email reminder before your plan expires. We do not automatically charge you — you choose to renew.
You can cancel your Premium plan anytime from your Settings page. Your Premium features remain active until your current 30-day period ends. We do not issue refunds for unused days.
We will notify existing subscribers by email at least 14 days before any price increase takes effect.
Lynqr and its logo, design, and content are owned by Lynqr. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (profile photos, QR code images, bio text). By uploading content to Lynqr you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it as part of your public profile.
Lynqr is a profile and linking tool only. We are not liable for:
Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to Lynqr is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved under Philippine jurisdiction.
